Sound Familiar?
One Brand, Fifty Locations & Fifty Versions of “It’s Working.”
HQ Has a Dashboard. Franchisees Have Their Own Story.
Corporate sees the network total. One franchisee says calls are down, while another wants to know what their marketing levy actually bought. Meanwhile, a third has numbers that don’t match yours at all. When everyone’s working from a different version of performance, even a simple question gets complicated fast.
Your Best Locations Are Hiding the Problem
Network averages can be wonderfully polite. A handful of strong territories can make the overall number look healthy while weaker locations quietly lose ground. By the time an underperforming franchisee starts making noise, the problem may have been sitting there for months.
Local Marketing Has Become a Brand Free-for-All
One franchisee boosts posts. Another hires a local freelancer. Someone else rewrites the offer entirely. They’re all trying to make the phone ring, but the end result could be duplicated spend, brand drift, and locations accidentally competing against each other.
Built for Networks, Not Just Campaigns
One Franchise Marketing Agency Across the Entire Network
Every location needs customers, but HQ needs standards, oversight, and numbers it can defend. We build the infrastructure between the two so local marketing can move without the network turning into 75 separate experiments.

See What Happens When Every Location Stops Marketing Like an Island
Scale doesn’t come from making every location do more. It comes from giving the network a system that can spot what’s working, catch what isn’t, and repeat the right moves across markets without flattening the local differences that matter.

Give HQ Control Without Turning Franchisees Into Passengers
Leverage OMG’s HQ-to-Local Framework
We operate with clear division of what stays centralized and what locations can control.
It’s the difference between managing campaigns and running a marketing system the whole network can actually live with.
Centralize the non-negotiables
Brand standards, core messaging, tracking, reporting, account structure, and network-wide strategy stay under central oversight. That keeps the system coherent as locations grow, change hands, or come online.
Give franchisees room where local knowledge matters
Local offers, community activity, market-specific creative, and approved campaign variations can flex by territory. Franchisees get room to respond to their market without rebuilding the brand from scratch.
Make the money visible
Co-op funds, marketing levies, and local spend should never disappear into a network total. Reporting can be broken down so franchisees can see what was spent and what it produced.
Protect territories and make accountability obvious
Campaigns are structured to reduce overlap, cannibalization, and locations bidding against each other. And when something goes wrong, there’s no guessing who owns the problem. You’ll always know exactly who’s working on your account.
Why Choose Us?
OMG is Not Your Ordinary Franchise Marketing Agency
Plenty of agencies can run campaigns for multiple locations. The harder job is keeping 50, 100, or 400 locations moving in the same direction without muddying the reporting or turning every franchisee request into a special project.

Franchise Digital Marketing in Dallas and Beyond
Built in Dallas since 2019, OMG works with franchise and multi-location businesses across DFW and the wider US. That local grounding matters, but so does what we’ve learned outside franchising.
Our experience spans multiple industries, from healthcare to home services, giving us a broader view of how local demand, territory competition, and search behavior change from one market to another. That cross-industry perspective helps us spot patterns faster and avoid treating every network like it operates the same way.
With a Dallas-based team and specialists worldwide, you get local accountability with enough depth to support a growing network well beyond Texas.

Franchise Marketing Questions, Answered
A franchise marketing agency coordinates marketing across the network without treating every location like a carbon copy. That can include franchise SEO, PPC, Google Business Profiles (GBP), location pages, creative, reporting, and local campaigns. The real job is balancing two priorities at once: protecting the brand at corporate level while helping individual locations generate demand in their own markets.
We’d start with systems that can scale. That means standardized tracking, location-page templates, GBP processes, campaign structures, reporting, and clear rules around what stays centralized versus local.
From there, performance should be reviewed by location and region, not just network-wide. Fifty locations shouldn’t mean fifty unrelated marketing plans, but it shouldn’t mean one blunt strategy either.
First, you have to decide what is genuinely non-negotiable. Brand identity, core messaging, tracking, and campaign governance can stay centralized, while approved local offers, community content, and market-specific creative have room to flex.
The goal is not to make every franchisee sound identical. It is to give them enough freedom to be locally relevant without slowly turning one brand into 50 interpretations.
There’s no universal percentage, as the right split depends on brand maturity, territory size, local competition, franchisee economics, and what the national fund is expected to achieve. National spend may support brand demand and shared infrastructure, while local budgets capture territory-level demand. We recommend making both visible in reporting so franchisees can see where money went and what each layer contributed.
With a repeatable process rather than a long list of logins. Profiles need accurate names, addresses, phone numbers, categories, hours, links, reviews, and ownership records. New openings, relocations, closures, and franchisee changes also need clean handovers. At scale, consistency matters because one outdated listing can become a customer problem, while dozens become a network problem.
Start by understanding territory overlap. Nearby locations can cannibalize each other when paid campaigns, landing pages, or local SEO target the same geography without coordination. OMG can help structure location targeting and campaign boundaries around how the network operates. While some overlap is unavoidable in dense markets, the aim is to stop the brand needlessly bidding against itself.
Franchisees should be able to see more than a network-wide total and a slide deck. Reporting can show what was spent by channel, region, or location, which campaigns ran, and what activity they generated.
Gurulytics gives corporate and local stakeholders a clearer view of performance, so conversations around co-op funds or levies are more concrete and less reliant on “trust us, it’s working.”
The new location should plug into an existing system. That typically means creating or updating location pages, GBPs, tracking, campaign targeting, reporting, and approved local creative. Territory overlap also needs checking before spend goes live. A good onboarding process makes the 76th opening feel routine rather than forcing the marketing team to reinvent the launch checklist every time.
That depends on how your franchise system structures the fund, but you should be able to understand what it supports. That might include national advertising, SEO, paid media, creative, technology, reporting, or shared marketing infrastructure. From our side, we favor clear reporting so franchisees can see the work being done and how the network’s marketing investment is being used.
That depends on your franchise agreement and the marketing rules set by your franchisor. Where local campaigns are permitted, they work best inside agreed brand, territory, tracking, and targeting guardrails. That gives you room to respond to your market without accidentally competing with neighboring locations or creating campaigns that corporate cannot measure or support.
OMG doesn’t rely on long lock-in contracts to keep the relationship together. The scope is agreed around the work your network actually needs, and performance stays visible throughout. If the strategy changes as locations open, close, or priorities move, the marketing setup should be able to move with it rather than becoming another piece of franchise infrastructure nobody wants to touch.
